We are searching for experienced Ruby developer to join our friendly team at Codifire. The position we are offering implies full-time engagement and work in a Scrum team directly with the European customer and development team.

Project description
For our European customer we develop an e-commerce B2B platform, which helps to support warehouse operations and manage returned products sales online. The platform is live for a couple of years and is actively being developed and improved by a Scrum team of 4 developers, 2 QA engineer, a Product Owner and a Technical lead. The team works within Sprints of 2 weeks and 2-Sprints release cycle. Planning poker estimations are common. The code is covered with automation tests, both unit tests and integration tests.

  • 3+ years of Ruby experience
  • 1+ year Ruby on Rails experience would be a plus
  • Javascript/JQuesry/HTML/CSS experience
  • AWS knowledge
  • Practical experience with Bitbucket/Jira/Scrum
  • Good English profeciency

Project duration:
This is a long-term project

Chenivtsi, Uzhhorod, remote

Salary range:
3000 USD – 4500 USD for middle level
4500 USD - 6000 USD for senior level

Contract type:
  • 40 hours per week/8 hours per day
  • 20 paid days off per year
  • 5 paid days of sick leave per year
  • Ukrainian public holidays (all) are paid days off
  • Office or remote
