We are searching for experienced Python developer to work in a Scrum team on a CRM system, which is serving multiple European clients.

We are Ukrainian IT company working in close partnership with European and American companies on various software products, mostly B2B platforms and SaaS solutions. We are experienced team that takes good care about its employees and partners and loves to have fun together.

Project description

Our partner provides a CRM platform solution for his clients (such as IKEA/DHL/ING bank/etc.), which helps big companies to manage customer relations, provide first and second level support to users, efficiently react to users feedback and manage company reputation. The software helps people to solve problems in customer service quickly and efficiently. At the same time the project offers a variety of challenging tasks for developers, such as chatbots, data crawling and categorization, user feedback analysis and suggestions. The development team is about 15 experts, organized into 3 Scrum-teams.

Working process

  • 8-hours working day (flexible)
  • Scrum with 2-weeks Sprints (demos, retrospectives, passion days)
  • Daily communication in English

Compensation

3000 USD - 4000 USD (middle level), 4000 USD+ (senior level)

Contract and social benefits

  • Probation period (2 months)
